Overview:
iPage are certainly not new to web hosting, they have been around for over 5 years but they have only just made their way into the top 10. Plans start at $5.25 per month and with that you can expect a user-friendly interface packed with website templates, site builders and free scripts.

Summary:
iPage offer a tempting package to the more basic user, more advanced users may struggle with the H-Sphere control panel interface especially if they are used to cPanel which most webmasters use to build and manager their website these days. The unlimited bandwidth at iPage is fantastic! It’s not a feature that I typically would have signed up for on my own, and wouldn’t want to pay any extra for, which is why I’m so glad it’s included with my plan with iPage! It makes working so much easier and faster too!

iPagehas been really reliable in the past, but since they have gotten to be a larger company I feel as if I am not receiving the same great service that I got in the past. It takes longer for them to respond to my emails, if they do at all. I hope they change soon, otherwise I’ll have to go with someone else.

iPage has really improved on their technical service. It’s always been pretty good, but lately it just seems to be getting better. The turnaround time is a lot quicker, and the live chat that they have is a huge help in getting answers quickly.

iPage has some very dedicated customer service technicians. Just last weekend I noticed a couple minor things that needed changing. Seeing how it was the holidays I didn’t expect to hear back until that Monday or so, but actually heard from someone right away. It’s so refreshing to see such dedication to their customers.
