JustHost has really helped me with getting my first website up and running. I'm very happy with the outcome and my customers think it looks amazing. There service really surprised me. I was anticipating a struggling but that wasn't the case at all. The support staff were always quick to get back to me with advice. And I had no problem building the site because the design toolkit was easy to use. It was so easy, that I'm thinking about building another website!

After purchasing the whole package deal, I was skeptical that I may have done the wrong thing. I should have never doubted JustHost's ability to please. I'm was overly excited about the 24 hour technical back up and their live chat! I was pretty much clueless hosting companies before so I didn't know what to expect and if they offer you any assistance. I didn't feel alone, one day. There was always someone there for me!

No matter how big or how small the problem, how simple or elaborate the question, Just Host has always been able to give an answer with a quick response time. I love their live chat feature. I feel like I'm getting first class treatment from the support team.

I was even more delighted to find out how good of customer service they offered and the amount of pretty awesome features they had to offer. I think I did a good job researching and made the best choice!
