You get unlimited disk space, unlimited email accounts and the ability to host unlimited domains from 1 account. They also include a list of features including 1 click installs of popular software like WordPress and Joomla. You can get all this for only $3.95 a month.

I guess these people are fine if you don't need any help. But if you do need help, then heaven help you. I transferred my daughter's business account to JustHost. In their welcome e-mail they told me "If you have a domain name registered with your old host, make sure to change your Name Servers". I did that and thought that took care of the domain name. I was wrong. Apparently I also had to transfer ownership of the domain name to Just Host. They didn't let me know that the domain name was expiring and because the domain name expired my daughter's website went down. I tried to communicate with them via e-mail and on-line chat. All I got was people (probably in India) who could do nothing but read from a script. I was unable to find anyone with critical thinking skills who could help me solve my problem.

When I was recommended Just Host I was dubious; Ok, so my old host had not been 100% reliable and had been pretty lax when it came to returning my calls, but they did the job, and were very cheap indeed. Just Host asked a little bit more, and didn’t seem to be offering much extra. Now, six months down the line, I wonder what I was on! This is a truly superb service that is a while league above the old one, and that was one of the best known names in the business! Believe me, Just Host does what it says and does it well – try it next time its contract renewal time.

Just Host has been great so far. I have bombarded their support team with questions and they have been really helpful. My site is ready to go and Just Host made it so easy for me. Just wanted to recommend them to anyone looking to start a new website.
