I use them more then two years and have some problems which is normal for every web host in the world. They have good support, though and they are fast and help me every time when I have need. I believe Justhost will continue to provide good and reliable services to their clients and I will continue use all Justhost services in the future

JustHost is very cheap, unfortunately I have had some difficulty with the support team not being very helpful. I do get my questions answered but at times, it takes much too long.

I found Just Host and after reading of peoples experiences with various hosting companies, I was fully prepared for what I thought would be a rocky road ahead. However, the whole process has been absolutely stress free for me– the control panel is so easy to use even I can handle it. The level of technical support is excellent and the responses quick, and I’ve got all the space and bandwidth I’ll ever need. I can recommend Just Host as a genuinely helpful and friendly set up who are well experienced in customer service.

I have hosted with Just Host for just under 2 yrs. At first they were wonderful- I even canceled my hosting with another company to move to their services. However, starting in Dec 2010 they started to suspend accounts with this weak campaign to get you to sign up for dedicated hosting with them. When they do this, even though you have paid 6 months of hosting in full, your sites get the big suspended page. I am now in my 2nd suspension in 2 months with them fighting with their slow admins to get sites back up!

I really enjoy hosting with Just Host. My requests are handled in a prompt and professional manner. It is user-friendly and thanks to the customer service reps, I was up & running in no time! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great, reliable host.
