Whew... what a night, I launched my new site and due a stupid error in my css code; when my site launched it looked jacked up! I thought it was an issue with my host, so I called them and wasn't the nicest person ;). The tech support girl, Shannon was really nice! She listened to my yelling, checked a few things on her end, found the error in my code (which isn't even her job to do) and pointed it out to me. I make a couple tweaks and now my site looks great. I felt so bad for yelling at her for something that was my fault, but she stayed totally nice and professional though it all. iPage's support rocks! Thanks Shannon!

I found IPage by mistake as I meant to sign up with another similarly named package and I was pretty frustrated when I found what I’d done! I thought I would use the 30 day guarantee and get out, but then settled down to have a look at what I had actually bought. Six months later and my mistake has proved to be one I do not regret; this service is cheaper than the one I meant to get, is utterly reliable, gives me great bandwidth and space and is simple to use. If you are looking for a reliable, simple and straightforward hosting package with no frills and plenty of service, then it has to be IPage – just don’t make my mistake in reverse!

iPage has been absolutely superb to use and the simple control panel helped me build a site from scratch with the most brilliant and friendly help from the customer service staff. I found the control panels simple to use and easy to get to grips with, and before I knew it I felt like an expert thanks to the great advice I found on the iPage site and with the excellent on line live chat. I would happily recommend iPage to anyone looking for a great, friendly hosting service that offers you the best help you could ever wish for – and at great prices, too.
