I have to admit I went for Host Monster because I knew the name – after all, everybody does – and had read some mixed reviews, too, but all I’ve had is excellent service, a first class set up that was easy to use and brilliant technical support that is handles in a quick and efficient manner. It’s been the start of what I believe is going to be a long and fruitful relationship between me and Host Monster.

As a total newcomer to the world of website creating and hosting I was wary of what I would find, but when a friend recommended Host Monster I thought it worth giving them a go. They couldn’t have been more helpful, and the package they offer is so easy to use that I feel like a pro! The control panel is great, the tools provided really helpful and the online guides an absolute Godsend, but most of all the customer service response is just brilliant. When I’m told support is 24 hours a day I normally expect to be fobbed off at odd times, but this really is 24 hour a day, fully comprehensive support – well done Host Monster for delivering what you promise!

It took me a lot of trials and tribulations to settle on Host Monster. I'm tired of services that promised the earth and delivered nothing and those that didn’t actually provide what they said they would, and became sick and tired of promises of 100% reliability that were not kept up and the ‘guaranteed’ credits not adhered to. Host Monster has so far – and it’s been over a year – provided me with a good, solid service that is well priced and reliable, and I really cannot ask for more.

As a brand I didn’t know I was reluctant to go with HostMonster. I’m in my seventies now - the archetypal silver surfer – and have always been happier with bigger names. The price and the package attracted me, though, and I feel that as I have received such excellent service from them across the years it is only right that I tell the rest of you about them. Reliable, affordable, friendly and knowledgeable, easy to use, simple and very comprehensive – this is a service I am staying with, one that does it all for me and without any fuss and bother.

All I wanted was someone to help me set up and host my website, a simple and very straightforward site for my own needs. I looked at the well known names but a friend pointed out Host Monster as the package looked like very good value (apparently!) I have had nothing but excellent service since; they treat you like a real person, respond very quickly help with even the smallest of problems and have been absolutely excellent.
