I can say that HostGator has had the best uptime. Opening an account with HostGator 3 months, I have never experienced any issues with their service. Their support staff is very helpful and well and informed as well. Hostgator has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them even longer.

I am pretty happy with HostGator. It sometimes takes them a while to get back to me with their response to an issue of mine. But once they get back to me, its a great answer and almost always solves my problems. The options in the control panel and php are pretty good and I get my emails with no problem. So far, so good and think it will be this way for awhile.

I like that HostGator gave me a 30 day trial period with a money back guarantee just in case I'd be disappointed with their service. Luckily, I was not! I got a free domain and no setup charge. The support team was there with me the whole time. The 30 day trial period turned into a, so far, 10 month commitment.

HostGator has given me good hosting service for the last several months and they keep on supporting me efforts on running a flawless small business website with very little problems. It's rare that I run into any problems and if I do, the tech response time is pretty good.

I've been with HostGator for 2 years now and I had a wonderful time working with everyone on the staff. I don't plan on switching web hosts any time sooner. Host Gator works great for my small business website that draws a moderate amount of traffic. I'm really happy.
