When I signed up I was promised an easy to use site builder, although it took a bit of getting used to it really wasn't that hard. Overall I would say it was the site builder that makes it, without it I wouldn't have been able to use GreenGeeks as my computer skills are very poor! If you are new to web hosting and the thought of setting up your own website is daunting, GreenGeeks will not let you down!

I used their shared hosting for just over 2 weeks and had nothing but problems, I had to email the owner for a resolution to my problems. Their control panel was nice but the customer service level was so low.
