Go Daddy is a company that made a name for itself through hard work, dedication to its clients, as well as offering affordable pricing, unlimited bandwidth, and superior customer service. They have become so famous that even people who don’t know what web hosting is know about Go Daddy. A company like that has a lot to live up to, and Go Daddy does it almost flawlessly. Keep up the great work!

Go Daddy is one of the most well-known web hosting names, and for good reasons. They have taken the time to build their customer base by providing outstanding services, great pricing, and unbeatable customer service. I have dealt with their customer service department on several occasions, and am pleased that there was always someone available to help me, no matter the hour. That can make all the difference in a business!

Sure, the hot girls got me to sign up with GoDaddy, but then I noticed how easy their backend tool system was, I was hooked. You can do anything that you want straight from the GoDaddy control panel. It is also nice that if you purchased your domain names from GoDaddy, controls for that are right there at your disposal. I know I am paying more and I don't mind because sometimes the best costs a little more.

Bad transferring

We first were using Go Daddy everything was fine. Our web developer used a poor program to build our web site. As a result our web site was not very well put together. Unfortunately we had already paid for the hosting to Go Daddy and were not able to change the site. After one year we closed the site, but continued to pay for the domain. Transferring our domain was a pain staking process. Not worth the service.

Growth problems at Godaddy...uneven service

I've used Godaddy for about 8 months. My website uses their mail server. Response time can vary wildly from 3-5 minute delivery to over one hour and can last more than 2 days. Tech support says "will have over one million customers" and my concern could take "up to 72 hours" before it could be looked into and that 72 hours is "the industry standard". Was also told that in a shared hosting environment these issues are "common" and that I should consider a dedicated server.
From godaddy's point of view "you think you've got problems, listen to ours".
