They're okay

I just started hosting with Go Daddy about 3 months ago. Since doing so, it's been okay. I wish that the staff would handle things a little faster, but I do understand that there are millions of other accounts so I'm usually patient. Other than that, the storage space, bandwidth, and features are pretty good. I suggest doing some research, as well as reading some reviews before making your own decision.

I just wanted to say that out of all the hosting companies I deal with as a dedicated server, you stand out for your service and ease of use. Sites are always up, and my clients appreciate how affordable it is.
Great service, great people

They all offer the same things or thereabouts, and the prices are similar, but you know what, I chose GoDaddy because I like the name! I know, it’s not a great way of choosing but I’m glad I did it, because the staff have been fantastic, helping out a complete novice like me in no time at all with friendly and useful information.
Poor Service

If you're looking for problems such as these, terrible service, endless being put on hold, and bad tech service and a lot of crap when you want money back, then this is your hosting company. Expected to be out of biz soon so do not sign up with this company.
Got burned badly with GoDaddy hosting

We just started an international fan website for a famous Hong Kong director back in July, just a couple of weeks ago about three months of our site stats crashed, meaning visitor stats were showing zeros, sites where our visitors came from, what search words they used to find us ... etc, all wiped out. Since we just started five months ago, it meant about 60% of all our visitor information gone. Naturally we contacted GoDaddy and they informed us that unfortunately they are unable to restore any of the lost data. Then we asked what kind of precautions are they planning to take to avoid such major crashes in the future, are they planning to install backup devices or anything, asking them to understand how important these data for us are. They informed us that they can't reveal any future plans.
So we are in the way of moving our site to another hosting company.
