My company signed up for Fat Cow knowing that we needed a web hosting company but not knowing much else about them. The technical support team at Fat Cow has been amazing since day one. They set up everything for us for free and have made the transition very simple and painless.

It’s hard to believe that Fat Cow is able to offer such incredible pricing on all of their packages, but that must be one of the reasons they are so popular! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get all of the services I wanted for my tiny budget, but not only can I get even more, I can change my plan if I need to!

Fat Cow has really improved the way I do business. Most of my business before hand was done through emails and over the phone, as I hadn’t done much with the website. Now that they are managing it for me I find that the majority of my business is handled on the website, and I don’t have as much maintenance to do.

With their knowledgeable and personable staff, unlimited bandwidth, extremely affordable pricing and unlimited disk space, there really isn’t a reason to look at any other companies. My business has been their client for nearly three years, and we have been extremely pleased with them. Any problems we’ve had, all minor ones, were resolved with one quick and easy phone call. FatCow really let me down this past month. Everything had been going great with them hosting my sites, and they kept everything up to date like I requested. Last month, however, they didn’t update anything, and I couldn’t get a direct answer as to why this wasn’t done. I am very disappointed and am going to start looking for a new company if they can’t get their act together.
