THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!! EMAIL DOWN FOR 12 HOURS LAST WEEK AND WEBSITES DOWN THE NEXT WEEK. FTP WILL BOOT YOU OFF WHEN YOU ARE WORKING ON CODE. THESE GUYS ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with Fat Cow for nearly a year and am very satisified. The easy to use tools have been a great help to a website novice like myself. Thanks to Fat Cow I have been able to create and run my own website. I have even gotten a couple of my friends to switch from the hosts they were not happy with.

FatCow is the only web hosting provider that I have used for more than 4 years. During that time they have proved that they are a great investment and easy to use service. I have an ecommerce site that makes approximately $400 per month and I only pay $5 per month for hosting. The FatCow's GREEN hosting services are the greatest I have seen so far. That is the reason I am giving it an excelent mark.

I could write a book on all of the issues Fatcow has caused me. The latest being that they (without my knowledge) reduced the size of all of my email inboxes by 90%. This means that any email sent to my entire company was bounced. Now they are telling me that they are unable to change the email storage back to what it was before (which wasn't that high to begin with). Also, they have never been able to figure out why half of the time I try to login through webmail it times out or takes over 60 seconds. Their customer service is non-existent and incompetent at best. Do not waste your time with these people like I did.

So far a great start, I am very happy with my purchase. Support is a bit slow but otherwise the hosting control panel is great.
