Yahoo! is not a company that needs an introduction – not even to a novice by me – and it was for that reason, in the main, that I decided to go to them for my hosting. I looked at others that were a little cheaper – by a couple of dollars a month – but it was the draw of the experience of a major company that kept me interested. I now have a year with them and am not even thinking about moving elsewhere – there is nothing I could get elsewhere that I can possibly not get here. It’s great, and you should try it for a very reliable deal indeed.

When it came to changing hosts I opted to go with the big boys. So I pay a few dollars more each month to host with Yahoo! but from my recent experience can only conclude it is absolutely worth it. The service has been exemplary, the package is very capable and the level of reliability is worthy of commendation. It is no wonder that Yahoo! has such a wide customer base as it is providing me with excellent service all round and that is all I can ask in this day and age – a success story that deserves praise.

When I was looking for a hosting service I initially discounted Yahoo as too expensive. Then I thought about it – I was talking about a few dollars a month, no more! The appeal of one of the industry’s major players as my host grew at this point, and I also remembered what my father told me – you get what you pay for in all walks of life. From Yahoo I get an excellent level of service that I doubt can be beaten, great levels of reliability and a very good hosting package that I can’t fault. Sometimes it pays to look at a deal without prejudice!

Yahoo appealed to me because it is such a well known brand. I know that’s not always the very best recommendation but in this case, it proved to be worthwhile. I have found the service itself to be absolutely superb, the reliability levels to be as promised and the staff to be very helpful indeed. OK, so I pay a little extra each month – maybe even for the name – but for this level of quality service I would expect to be paying a sensible price rather than rock bottom. It’s a great package, and it looks like I’m staying here for good.

Like many people – I suspect – I opted to put my hosting business the way of Yahoo- as it is a well known and long established brand. Many offered cheaper deals – and still do – but I prefer experience to a low price, and I have no complaints at all about the Yahoo hosting package so far. Reliability has been absolutely top of the tree – no downtime recorded at all in eight months – and the technical staff is excellent at their jobs. It’s a good package, and one that more than justifies the few extra dollars a month I pay over lesser packages.
