My company had just started to grow and I found myself in need of a web hosting company. Since I didn’t really have all that much of a budget put aside for such things, I was expecting my options to be extremely limited in what I could afford and what services would be offered. I found 1&1 through the recommendation of a friend, and am thrilled with what my meager budget can afford. Thanks for being so affordable!

1&1 is great for their features that can not be denied, however, the amount of disk space is appalling. I started small with a very tiny Ebay business. Luckily, things have taken off and I am now back and looking for a different host because I can not expand and keep paying these prices. If you are not technically savvy then 1&1 is worth the price for their tech support; just forget about it if you have a large website.

I have a lot of images on my sites and lots of traffic clicking through everyday. Unfortunately, as a result, I've had some problems with the amount of space 1&1 offers and the bandwidth. The site works slowly, frustrating my customers. Other than that, everything else works fine.

1 &1's price is a bit high for what they offer, but you get the name and it might pay off for you in the long run. The technical staff responds fairly quickly and the staff is very attentive and patient. Perhaps I'll stay for a little longer.

What can I say about 1&1- more than enough bandwidth, copious disk space, really excellent levels of customer support and quick response times. Did I miss anything? Oh, the price is probably the only negative thing I could say about the whole package but it is nice to know that at least least I getting good service.
