Unfortunately no unlimited hosting space package like the other top hosts, and the free plan isn't as effective as the other plans and with hosting its worth paying the extra money to avoid frustration and downtime. Not bad hosting but I prefer my old host

One.com aren't bad but they seem to think everyone in the world needs a website to store their photo's online, I don't need that nor did I sign up for that. I much prefer things at Yahoo although slightly more expensive.

I have been a customer with One.com for years. I am in Denmark and have never got the free domain and webhosting offer as you guys in the UK. Despite of this I am very happy with One.com. They have excellent uptime - 99,99 tested for more than 900 days by PC Magazine in Holland and belgium, 24/7 live chat support and the application is very easy to use for a non tech user as myself.
In case you want to cancel your subscription you only need to be remember to do so at least 35 days before it expires in order to avoid having to pay for additional 12 months. I asked One.com why it is so and they told me they re-new my domain around this time in order to secure it for me and therefore need the notice prior. It actually make me feel in safe hands knowing that even if I for what ever reason it might be should forget paying my webhosting on time, my domain is still secured.

I have just had an argument with one.com about sent emails.
I have setup our website and email accounts but nowhere have I seen that they cannot sync the sent email file.How can you run a business using email with out tracability,they then said no one can do it,so I imformed them that aol can do it so why cant they and their reply was "Their server is different to ours!"
What a joke,Im looking for a new host and I will never use these again
