I found Just Host and after reading of peoples experiences with various hosting companies, I was fully prepared for what I thought would be a rocky road ahead. However, the whole process has been absolutely stress free for me– the control panel is so easy to use even I can handle it. The level of technical support is excellent and the responses quick, and I’ve got all the space and bandwidth I’ll ever need. I can recommend Just Host as a genuinely helpful and friendly set up who are well experienced in customer service.

I have hosted with Just Host for just under 2 yrs. At first they were wonderful- I even canceled my hosting with another company to move to their services. However, starting in Dec 2010 they started to suspend accounts with this weak campaign to get you to sign up for dedicated hosting with them. When they do this, even though you have paid 6 months of hosting in full, your sites get the big suspended page. I am now in my 2nd suspension in 2 months with them fighting with their slow admins to get sites back up!

I’ve been with Just Host – with a good number of sites hosted – for almost two years now and can honestly say they are the best. With an excellent technical support staff and an all round package that is a very good price, you cannot go wrong with this top class service. It is well worth the money, and a good deal cheaper than some better known branded products.

The prices that JustHost is currently offering are being advertised as special deals, but I’ve found that they are more expensive than the regular prices of some other companies. I’d rather pay another company’s ‘full price’ and get what services and features I actually need rather than paying extra for all the bells and whistles that won’t get used.
