Too long of a wait for help

I’m sorry to say that despite all the positive coments listed about iPage, I cannot agree with them. I found the wait time for the customer service line to be far too long, and the fact that they only had three different songs playing on a loop drove me crazy, especially since I was on hold for nearly an hour.
Downtime Issues

The price of iPage’s service is what first attracted me to their business. I then discovered that they have had issues with downtime and that was a large concern for me as I operate a 24 hour business. I tried to get more information about the rumors that I had heard however, their technical support were not very forthcoming in discussing their downtime. I had to pass. If you can find out about why they have been listed as having poor uptime then please let me know!
Reliability is Key

If you are looking for a reliable web hosting company than iPage is the best option for you. They are extremely professional and great at getting your sites updated when you want them updated. If there is a holiday coming up they let you know what your options are to update the site.

When one of my friends told me about iPage offering unlimited bandwidth, that’s all I needed to switch web hosting companies. I have been wanting to change for awhile and was trying to find the right company to fit my needs. I wish I had heard about iPage sooner; it would have saved me so much time and energy!
