iPage is a hosting provider that I have used for a long time. I’m a busy business manager and web manager with no time to spare on downtime and technical problems so their promise of excellent reliability, coupled with the really attractive prices, made sense to me. Usually I take these promises with a pinch of salt but with iPage I had no need to – what they say is what they do, and they do it very well indeed.

I have been running websites for many years now and had come to believe that a generally less than perfect service could be expected from a hosting provider. iPage was one that I tried by chance, and my expectations have been fundamentally challenged! This is a really good service with helpful staff and a true 24 hour response service, and I can honestly say I have had no downtime at all in all my months with iPage. If you want a reliable and easy to use package at a good price you should give these guys a go – I can find nothing other than very good to say about every aspect of the package.

I must admit it was the name that made iPage stand out among the many hosting offers I looked at, and when I looked closer the deal involved was one that I thought pretty impressive. The price is fair, the package more than adequate and the customer testimonies very positive. I had a little trouble setting things up – no fault of iPage, I haven’t a clue what I’m doing – and the excellent technical response was exactly what I needed.

I joined iPage after a friend recommended them, and all I can say is I am glad I did! The simple to use control panel was easy to get to grips with even for a dummy like me, and when I did come across a problem, the help I received by email was absolutely fabulous and very quick. When I first saw the price I thought iPage would be another budget outfit that promised the earth and let me down like my last host, but this really is a great service.
