They deliver on all their promises and they are green on top of that.

When I first started looking for an alternative web hosting service, whom I had a 3 year long ,contractual, very dissatisfying relationship with, I was skeptical concerning HostPapa. I did not believe that a Toronto based host could offer the bandwidth, storage etc that your adds specified. I live in Brampton and as a Canadian am used to paying more for less especially when it comes to electron related items. Compare our cell phone rates to our friends down south and you will see what I mean. But, well heck $4.95 a month, even if it stinks what have I got to lose. So I signed on. What a pleasant surprise, multiple sites capability, hardly ever down on E-mail and more than likely its my ISP not HostPapa and never to my knowledge have my sites been down. Need support? Its right away. I have no complaints and expect to continue with HostPapa for all the years to come that I require a web host. If your hosting company is in California or sponsors a race car, I highly recommend that you sign up with HostPapa when your contract ends. They may have a funny, maybe childish name but the hosting capability is big time business.

Very positive. The price is right, I have not had any problems, and if I needed any help, the customer service and tech support has been superior.
HostPapa is the place to have your site

My experience has been good enough that I have recommended it others. My experience with HostPapa with my first website was good enough that I choose to base my second website with them.

This is my first attempt at setting up a web site through a hosting service. It was very easy to do. The tutorials really helped although I wish that they were more in depth. I'll admit that having previous knowledge of PHP and mySQL probably helps if you want to create a dynamic website like I did. I managed to accomplish everything that I set out to do so I am a happy customer...
I am a bit confused about some items such as sub-domains, add-on domains and transferring domain names but I am sure that when it is time for me to deal with these things they will begin to make more sense.
