I had been with my host for a long time and become fed up with the poor service, but had also begun to believe that was what I had to expect from all hosts. Then a friend, on hearing how poor my service was, recommended I try HostPapa. Now I wonder how the others stay in business, for it really is that good! This is a great service, run by friendly people who know what they are on about and respect the customer, with more than adequate space and bandwidth and 100% reliability, and at a great price. You really need to have a look at this deal.

I experienced e-mail and domain service disruption. I asked for the the Support Ticket to be elevated to management and it was taken care of immediately.

I use Hostpapa to host several sites and it works pretty good for me.

95% of the time it is excellent. Always responsive. Very affordable and I love how it is eco-friendly.

5% of the time: Unsatisfactory. I have had issues with the web server for some reason and did not recieve any response or acknowledgement from customer service for the disruptive change.

Overall though, very good.

Since i switched to Hostpapa I havent had any real issues except for spam. I have found the Spambox to be a great tool. I use it everyday. The only problem with it initially was no one at tech support was very familiar with it and said it was discontinued. Most times I have called the reps were friendly and as helpful as they could be,
