Their infrastructure allows for streaming media and they utilize multi-homed OC48 and Gigabit fiber connections. Also you will see they use 100% green energy which is a cool feature if you are a green company with green values.
Summary:
In our opinion HostPapa are a reliable web hosting company who keep things simple with one plan and cPanel etc and at a decent price. Not the best customer support and uptime but certainly one of the top 10 in the industry. Read The Rest Of This Review

I was tearing my hair out at my last hosting company so moved to Host Papa and it has been as smooth as it could be. The technical support staff have my admiration. I bothered them persistently with niggling problems. Each of them was handled with decorum and efficiency that I couldn’t have presented and setting everything up was not the minefield I thought it would be.
