Host Monster’s customer service department really deserves a shout out for how spectacular they are. I recently had a meltdown when I attempted to change something on my website because I really thought I messed things up. They fixed it in about five minutes and calmed me down in the process!

I have recently learned how to build websites, and thoroughly enjoy it, but I don’t really know where to go from there. This is why I hired Host Monster, and am so very glad that I did. They are helping me to maintain my sites, and I’m learning as I go!

Host Monster’s customer service team really needs a little recognition for a job well done. They have really been there for me and have given all of my little problems all of their attention and have always seen each problem through to the end. Keep it up!

Host Monster has helped increase my interest in designing new websites, since I don’t have to do anything with them after that; Host Monster takes care of it for me! Now I can spend more time on the creative side and less on the up-keeping.
