As far as I am aware I have not any down time since using fasthosts (5 years ago). Technical support is excellent with agents who OWN the problem and co-ordinate with the others to make sure that it is resolved. So much better than being passed around the company. All problems resolved quickly and in some cases offering much more than I was expecting.

Real life saver Fasthosts has been. Had a few server crashes with my other servicer and now I have no problems at all. Fasthosts treats their patrons well and I am much impressed. I spend a little more, well aware, but I am paying for peace of mind which is something a lot of us needs. I should worry about my business and not my web service provider and Fasthosts lets me sleep at night because I can rely on their quality service

At fishing I am an expert but computers am an idiot but my package with Fasthosts is actually convincing people that I must be another Bill Gates. This is a great service!
