Nice site builder - low on features

Joined BT few months back - pleased with site builder which suits the more advanced web masters and made a good site, but low on features cPanel supplies.
BT are a huge risk to your business.

I tried upgrading from the Basic Hosting package to the BT Advanced... Sounds simple and good for BT. Problem is that BT decided to implement the upgrade by cancelling my working basic account, with all my emails, domains etc and set up a new Advanced account, fresh with nothing in it. Idiots.
So BT's procedure is capable of killing your web site, deleting your domains and denying access to email... oh and of course I still have to pay them for their "service" because I have a new account with them!
This has got to be the worst business hosting. BT are dangerous.

As a person relatively new to the world of web hosting , i found BT to be a very helpful and reliable service and i have to somewhat disagree with the other reviews on this site.
