Blue Host has so many different packages available I was overwhelmed when I saw them! I contacted their customer service department immediately and they helped me to decide which package was best for my needs and my budget, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I appreciate the respect!

I’m one of those people who will do everything in my power not to contact a customer service department, especially when it’s an IT problem. I’m by no means a computer genius, but I’ve learned quite a bit over the years from trial and error. With web hosting, however, I’m absolutely clueless. When a problem arose, I had no other alternative but to call tech support and boy was I glad I did. Not only did they resolve the problem quickly, but they told me what they were doing so I could learn during the process! Awesome job!

Blue Host deserves a shout out for its outstanding customer service. I decided I wanted to change some things to a website, and tried to do it myself. Blue Host is a great company with great prices and exceptional packages to choose from and amazing extras that go with it. Not everyone can offer unlimited bandwidth, free setup, and exceptional customer service like they can. Truly the most bang for your buck.
