123 reg web hosting unfortunately like many other uk hosts don't use a known control panel which would offer so many extras for webmasters like adding free parked, add-on and sub domains to one hosting account. Or advanced stats which cPanel offers.
Summary:
If you are looking for a reliable web host with UK based customer support but don't mind paying an arm and a leg with 123-Reg is recommended. Although they don't use a common control panel like cPanel which offers so many hosting features. Going to a big company has its benifits but unfortunately always has too many negatives for us. Reasonable Prices

The prices with 123 Reg are pretty reasonable. I like reasonable. Reasonable is a good mid level price; I can afford it, and I know I’m getting everything that I want.

123 Reg’s customer support office employs some of the most pleasant people I have ever engaged in conversation. Even though it was a major problem they were fixing, and I was very stressed out about it, they were very calm and relaxed, and actually quite cheerful. It made the whole situation much more relaxing to deal with.

I love the connection that I have with 123 Reg. It’s a much stronger one than you would get with a hosting company that has millions of clients. I know that all of my problems will be taken care of really quickly though the prices a little higher than average.

I’m really happy with all of the service I have received with 123 Reg, but especially the wonderful service that you always get, regardless of the question or problem that you may be having. I particularly like the option of chatting online, since I don’t always have the time to wait on the phone.
